To follow up customers via out bound calls & to inform them to finish debt amount (unpaid EMI & loans)
To deal with out bound calls (domestic)
To Follow up Branches
To achieve collections and recovery for assigned delinquent customers.
Loan/ Debt Collections experience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS-office)
Good Communication Skills
Minimum Job Criteria:
Experience : 6 month to 1 year
