Job Summary

The role involves supporting the sales and business development function by driving consistent follow-ups with prospects, contributing to demand generation for training programs, and assisting in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads. The position requires proactive engagement with potential clients, coordination with the sales team, and a focus on ensuring steady growth of opportunities for the organizations training offerings.

Essential Functions

The Telecaller Executive will perform following key functions:

• Make outbound calls to B2B prospects and existing clients to identify training needs.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client requirements.
• Share company training offerings and generate interest for upcoming programs.
• Record and maintain client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/BD team to schedule follow-ups and meetings.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Personal Competencies

• Proven experience in telecalling / telemarketing / customer service (preferred in B2B domain).
