tele caller - Sales & Marketing

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp to introduce hospitality and wellness services.
• Generate and qualify leads for room bookings, wellness packages, and events.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Share promotional offers and packages with clients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client visits when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests and clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally, providing accurate information about services.
• Record customer feedback and share with the concerned department for improvement.
• Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to target audiences.
• Update clients about ongoing promotions, seasonal offers, and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for tele-marketing drives and data collection.
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
• Prepare weekly summaries of call performance and lead conversions.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
