Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments to diagnose movement dysfunctions and pain-related conditions. Design and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, posture, and mobility. Provide advanced therapy sessions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation practices. Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes, modifying therapy plans as needed. Collaborate closely with doctors, wellness consultants, and other therapists to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomic practices, and preventive exercises to avoid recurring injuries. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism within the therapy area. Participate in wellness awareness programs, staff workshops, and client education initiatives. Keep updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques, wellness practices, and rehabilitation technologies. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized institution. Valid license or registration with the relevant Physiotherapy Council. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a wellness retreat, hospital, or rehabilitation center.
