Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate project information
• Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
• Maintain proper records of interactions, follow-ups, and appointments
• Explain project features and pricing clearly and effectively
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Maintain and update CRM system with lead details

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele calling / Telesales / Customer Service (Real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
