Job Title: Real Estate Tele caller

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Tele caller to join our dynamic team. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, engaging in sales conversations, and converting leads into appointments or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of real estate trends, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Contact leads (via phone calls, emails, etc.) to inform them about real estate projects, properties for sale or rent, and services offered by the company.
  • Cold Calling: Actively call prospective buyers or tenants to gauge their interest in properties.
  • Client Engagement: Address client queries, provide information about properties, and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits or meetings for clients with sales managers or agents.
  • Follow-ups: Follow up with potential leads to nurture them through the sales funnel and encourage them to take action.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Sales Conversion: Work towards converting leads into appointments and sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and new project launches to better assist clients.
  • Handling Objections: Address client objections effectively and provide solutions to encourage decision-making.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English and/or local language.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market: Basic understanding of property types, pricing, and real estate trends.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently and meet targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software to track leads and interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections and find solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and managers.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with real estate websites, portals, and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
