Job Summary:

Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

Make
outbound calls
to potential leads from our database and online inquiries.
Handle
inbound queries
related to German language courses via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Consult students
and parents regarding the appropriate course levels, duration, pricing, and benefits.
Convert leads
into admissions by providing accurate and persuasive information.
Maintain and update
CRM
or lead management systems with call logs and lead status.
Conduct
daily follow-ups
with warm leads and re-engage cold leads.
Assist in
retention and re-enrollment
of existing students for next-level courses.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding and feedback.
Achieve monthly targets
related to admissions and consultations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role (education sector preferred).
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong
sales and negotiation
skills.
Basic knowledge of German language levels (A1 to C2) is a plus or willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with
CRM tools
, Google Sheets, and basic tech platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet
monthly targets
.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle objections professionally.
