Role Summary

A Telecaller at GNS will engage with prospective students and inquiries to generate leads, promote training programs, and support placement follow-ups—all while representing the company’s values and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to explain course offerings and benefits.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and schedule enquiries or demo sessions.
• Assist with inbound query handling over calls or WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of caller interactions and update the CRM or spreadsheets.
• Achieve individual targets for calls and conversions.
• Provide feedback on student responses and queries to the placement team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (and local language if needed).
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, CRM tools).
• Pleasant phone manner, active listening, patience, and resilience.
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to conversational flow.
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and a team player.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: INR 12,000–20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
