Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a telecaller at Satya Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd., located in Lucknow. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our solar products and services, maintaining customer records, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The Tele caller will also follow up with potential leads, assist in resolving customer issues, and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a similar role
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
