Continuous learning opportunities are offered to our employees to prepare them for accelerated career development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Increase site visits efficiently by making outbound calls and attending inbound calls. - Generate leads through active and passive database churning and outbound calling. - Manage a database of clients including existing, dormant, and new contacts, and participate in all stages of the acquisition process for lead generation. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved. - Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to secure client appointments and meet conversion/empanelment targets. - Adhere to company script guidelines and follow comprehensive briefs for conducting calls. - Conduct telephonic and email follow-ups for all appointments. - Provide periodic reports to the Management team. **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in handling inbound/outbound calls in BFSI, BPO/KPO, Real Estate. - Excellent communication skills, good coordination and control, self-motivation, and high organizational abilities. - Ability to multitask effectively and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
