Tele Caller Executive/Presales Executive

Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Kamthi,Nagpur

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 (In-Hand)

Experience: Fresher to 1 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement and conversion.

Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience as a Telecaller.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Prior experience in lead generation and telecalling.

Knowledge of real estate projects, property selling processes, and pricing structures.

Ability to persuade and convert leads into site visits.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,820.27 - ₹18,021.36 per month
