Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Explain products or services and their benefits to customers.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or concerns.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, promotions, and processes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.

Fluency in relevant languages (e.g., English, Hindi, regional language).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
