Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell SBI Life Insurance products. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers in a clear and concise manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely information. Follow up on leads provided and close sales effectively. Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with data privacy policies. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ offerings. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Education : Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. Experience : Experience in telecalling, sales, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident telephone etiquette. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in regional languages (if applicable) and English. Key Attributes: Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
