Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for connecting with customers. This role involves handling outbound calls, promoting products/services, and helping the company achieve its sales and customer engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads and maintain follow-ups through regular communication.
• Maintain accurate call records and reports in Excel.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the senior team when required.
• Collect customer feedback and escalate issues if necessary.
• Ensure professional conduct and adhere to calling scripts.
• Bring sales from potential customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi, Bengali, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
