Tele Caller Executive

You are invited to apply for the position of CRM Tele caller with our organization. As a CRM Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers and generating trial opportunities in the Real Estate sector or BPO industry. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, scheduling customer visits, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. You should be capable of handling a high volume of calls, with a target of 150 calls per day. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have familiarity with CRM software, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
