Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers and offering our products/services. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone with good communication and listening skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database. Explain products/services and their benefits to customers. Answer queries about the company or product. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the supervisor when required. Key Requirements: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduation (Any stream). Proven experience as telecaller or similar role is a plus. Good communication skills in [Tamil / English / Hindi – based on requirement]. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Strong listening ability and patience. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
