We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and supporting sales/marketing activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer database with accurate details and call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback and future prospects.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduation / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Tamil/Hindi (as per business need).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good convincing ability and interpersonal skills.
