Tele Caller Executive

Urban Sytes is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients interested in N.A. Plots in Nashik, generating leads, and booking site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective leads from our database or inbound inquiries.
• Explain plot project details, pricing, location benefits, and offers.
• Convince customers to book a site visit or share their interest.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with lead status (New, Follow-up, Converted).
• Follow up with interested clients consistently and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily cold calls to potential leads.

• Explain project details (location, price, plot size, amenities).

• Convince customers to visit the site.

• Handle inquiries and convert interest into bookings.

• Maintain lead records and report to the team leader.

Key Skills Required:

1. Excellent Communication Skills:

o Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

o Polite, clear, and confident speaking tone.

2. Convincing & Selling Skills:

o Ability to engage the customer in conversation.

o Handle objections and convince customers to book site visits or plots.

3. Lead Handling & Follow-up:

o Call incoming leads from online platforms.

o Maintain regular follow-ups and updates.

4. Computer & CRM Skills: o Basic data entry in Excel.

o CRM software usage is a plus.

5. Target-Oriented Approach:

o Should be comfortable working with daily/monthly targets (calls, site visits, bookings).

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC) – Required.

• Preferred: Graduate (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc.).

• Basic computer knowledge is important (MS Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).

• Preference is given to candidates with prior real estate experience, especially in:

o Lead follow-ups

o Cold calling

o Booking coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
