Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our school’s admissions and administration team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to provide information about the school, admissions process, and academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students to explain admission procedures, school facilities, and programs.

- Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information about the school.

- Follow up with interested parents regarding admission status and documentation.

- Maintain a database of inquiries and update call records systematically.

- Schedule and coordinate school visits, counseling sessions, and admission interviews.

- Assist in organizing promotional activities, webinars, and admission-related events.

- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone in all interactions.

- Gather feedback from parents and students to improve communication and services.

Requirements:

- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or admissions counseling is an advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in english and Tamil .

- Ability to handle multiple calls and work efficiently under pressure.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, email handling).

- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to build good relationships with parents and students.
