Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally. Promote products/services and explain features and benefits clearly. Maintain and update customer records and call logs. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the manager. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls. Female Candidates will be preferred Candidate must have 1 years Of experience in any field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
