Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain our property.​
  • Generate leads and follow up with clients on property inquiries and appointments.​
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.​
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.​
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and provide detailed property information.​
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives.​

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.​
  • Previous experience in tele calling/telemarketing, preferably in real estate, is an advantage (freshers can also apply).​
  • Good communication and convincing skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.​
  • Passion for working in the real estate industry and achieving sales targets to earn more money.
