* Lead Qualification: Handle inbound inquiries and perform outbound calls/emails to qualify potential customers (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).
* Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, notes, and next steps.
* Information Sharing: Provide potential clients with initial product information, company details, and solar benefits.
* Appointment Setting: Book qualified appointments and seamlessly hand them over to the Field Sales Officer.
* Quotation Support: Assist in preparing initial budgetary quotes and proposals under supervision.
