Job Description: We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing services and proven expertise in lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently handle client conversations and help convert inquiries into potential business leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities Understand client requirements and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into business Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns Keep track of client interactions and update CRM tools as needed Provide feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in the digital marketing industry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services Ability to handle client objections and deliver persuasive communication Excellent time management and organizational skills Fluency in English and Hindi Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
