Tele Caller Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and prior experience in telecalling or a customer service role. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, and generating leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions and update CRM

Provide feedback and report on call outcomes to the manager

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
