About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team in Jaipur. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals looking to build a career in sales or customer service. If you enjoy interacting with people and have good communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and explain product/service details
• Follow up on leads and maintain call records
• Update and manage the customer database
• Maintain professionalism and meet daily calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, typing, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers welcome; training will be provided
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
