Job description Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and generating leads for real estate sales or rentals. This role involves excellent communication skills, client relationship management, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about available properties and services. Handle incoming inquiries regarding properties and clarify doubts. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information about client requirements. Update and manage the client database regularly. Sales Support: Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team. Share property details, prices, and other related information with clients. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into active clients. Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and developments in the local market. Maintain knowledge of competitors’ offerings and market conditions. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client interactions and lead status. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts for maximum effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or a related field. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in local languages and English. Key Traits: Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
