Job Description

Lead generation: Identifying and capturing interested prospects by gathering relevant information about their needs and scheduling appointments for further sales engagement. Customer interaction: Building rapport with potential customers, addressing inquiries, and handling objections to encourage sales. Sales conversion: Closing deals by presenting compelling offers, negotiating terms, and securing customer commitments. Data management: Maintaining accurate customer information within a CRM system, including call logs, notes, and follow-up details. Reporting and analysis: Tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and submitting regular reports to team leaders. Following up with leads: Reaching out to potential customers who have expressed interest to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Required skills for a telecaller: Excellent communication skills: Clear and persuasive verbal communication to effectively convey information and engage customers.
