Job Description: Telecaller – Collection Agency

Position: Telecaller
Industry: Debt Collection / RecoveryLocation: Om Ganesh Collection Agency, House No. 234, Bylane 7, Rajgarh Road, Guwahati – 781003Salary: Based on last drawn salary; Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders, follow-ups, and recovery of overdue amounts.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Explain outstanding dues, payment terms, and settlement options clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team to track payment status and escalate cases when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and recovery goals.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLookup, data sorting, formatting, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLookup).
• Smart, confident, and good in communication.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and work under pressure.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with prior experience in a collection agency or similar recovery process will be given preference.
