Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Niyoin Coders’s services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information about our services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain records of calls and interactions.
• Answer customer questions and provide basic information about our offerings.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and contribute to team goals.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing assistance.

Requirements:

• No formal education required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to use a computer and navigate basic software.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Office timing - 10 am to 7 pm
