Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients.
• Provide accurate information about our services.
• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups using provided CRM tools.
• Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the internal team for leads and updates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages a plus).
• A calm, patient, and professional approach while handling calls.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (not mandatory).

Salary

Basic fixed pay per month + Performance incentive (based on experience and conversion). You can earn on an average 15k per month with just 10 conversions!
