Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.
2. Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and convert them into sales.
3. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
4. Pitch products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
5. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
6. Meet sales targets and performance metrics.
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to achieve business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Good product knowledge (training will be provided).
5. Proficiency in handling customer objections.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
