Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, He/she will be responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, answer questions and mature leads The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce company products/services.
1. Explain the features and benefits of products/services to potential customers.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions .
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or individual.
Requirements: Excellent verbal communication in English (mandatory).
Fluency in any one regional language such as Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
