Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and achieving set targets. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
• Explain products or services clearly to generate interest or sales.
• Follow-up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain a database of calls and customer information in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations, if required.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales or support team when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills.

Work Timings:

[10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week]

Salary:

[₹8000 to ₹15000 per month] + Incentives (performance-based)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
