- *Job Summary:*
DIGITAL SOLUTIONS a fintech marketing firm is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented *Operations Executive* with prior experience in the same. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial products , and coordination.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make calls to our database.
* Focus on Activation of Inactive Base.
* Push Bank Transfer or activation of the maximum base.
* Coordinate along with the customer over call for bank transfer.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
*Required Skills:*
* Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
* Coordination and clear conversation .
* Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity such as excel.
