Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to join our hospital team in Dombivli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to patients for follow-ups or appointment confirmations, and providing accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ availability, and OPD timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Provide information on doctors' availability, services offered, and hospital timings.
• Maintain records of calls and update patient databases as per protocols.
• Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and missed appointments.
• Coordinate with reception and OPD staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Escalate any urgent or unresolved issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital’s communication protocols.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Good listening skills with a polite and patient attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or hospital management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital/clinic front desk preferred.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday off / rotational if required.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
