Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our business development team and contribute to client acquisition and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Branding, Social Media, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads through calling, follow-ups, and maintaining a proper database.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our marketing solutions to potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and reporting formats.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve monthly sales and lead targets.
• Participate in lead generation campaigns and support the marketing team in prospect outreach.
• Maintain a professional tone and strong understanding of our services while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month to 1 year of experience in telecalling, cold calling, or BPO/lead generation role.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (training can be provided).
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, or lead tracking systems.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and keep high motivation.
• Bonus: Experience in running or managing lead generation campaigns on social media or Google Ads.
