Job Description

Hiring For: Reputed Imitation Jewellery Manufacturer
Location: Bhavnagar Road, Rajkot
Industry: Imitation Jewellery
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Gender Preference: Female
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Promote products and inform customers about current offers or schemes.
Maintain and update customer contact records.
Follow up with customers for feedback or additional requirements.
Work closely with the sales team for lead conversion.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Confident and polite phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage and follow up on multiple leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
