Explaining product or service features and benefits to potential clients. 4. Resolving clients inquiries, concerns, or issues. 5. Updating and maintaining client databases. 6. Following scripts or call guidelines provided by the company. 7. Ensuring professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication during calls. 8. Documenting call details and outcomes.
