Responsibilities: Performing Venipunctures (Blood withdrawal) Assess and monitor patients' health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Performing Day to day task like Sterilizing instruments, Patient management, making patient comfortable for procedures.
