Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The Telecaller will play a vital role in building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups to convert into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience).
