Job Description: Telecaller (International)

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic International Telecaller to join our immigration firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and committed to assisting clients with their study abroad and immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound international calls to prospective clients to promote immigration and education services.
Clearly explain company services and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain consistent communication.
Accurately record call details and client information in the system.
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
Coordinate closely with counseling and documentation teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Provide accurate information while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and persuasion skills over the phone.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Good interpersonal skills to deal with different client groups.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle follow-up calls and maintain call logs.
Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
