Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our sales team focused on wastewater treatment solutions and bioculture products. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, explaining our eco-friendly solutions to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential industrial clients (ETP/STP/CETP operators, factory managers, consultants).
• Explain the features, benefits, and applications of our bioculture and wastewater treatment products.
• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries.
• Maintain a customer database and update daily call reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotation and demo arrangements.
• Follow up with customers for reorders and feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferred in industrial or B2B sales).
• Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (Tamil, Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam is a plus).
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about wastewater treatment and bioculture.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Telecaling Sales & prodcut promotion.
• Background in Environmental Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience calling to industrial clients or technical products is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives
