Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Biocare Medical System. The candidate will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers, introducing company products and services, collecting customer feedback, and following up on old customer data to generate new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Introduce Biocare Medical System and its medical equipment and services.
• Collect customer feedback regarding products, services, installations, and after-sales support.
• Contact old and inactive customers using the company's existing customer database.
• Follow up on previous inquiries, product installations, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Identify customer requirements and generate potential sales leads.
• Maintain good relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical equipment dealers.
• Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and further action.
• Prepare daily calling and monthly follow-up reports.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• Gender : Female
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer relationship management preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Language Preferences

• Telugu – Preferred
• English – Preferred
• Hindi – Preferred
