Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales Department at Absolute Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating business leads, understanding customer requirements and scheduling follow-ups to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
• Generate qualified leads through telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Share customer requirements and lead details with the sales department.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status in the CRM or Excel sheets.
• Achieve daily calling and lead-generation objectives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
