Telemarketing Executive – Full-Time | In-Office

Working Days: 6 days per week, Day Shift

Job Description-
We are hiring Telemarketing Executives / Tele Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on outbound calling, customer outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits-

• Freshers: ₹18,611 CTC per month for the first 3 months.

• From the 5th month onward: ₹23,264 CTC per month.

• Retention bonus: ₹15,000, subject to eligibility and company policy.

• Experienced candidates: Competitive salary offered based on relevant experience, current compensation, communication skills, and interview performance.

• Working days: 6 days per week, Day Shift.

Key Responsibilities-

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.

• Clearly explain the company’s products, services, and value propositions.

• Identify potential sales leads and new business opportunities.

• Use strong communication and persuasion skills to convert interested prospects into active sales.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and guide them through the sales process.

• Maintain and submit accurate daily calling, pipeline, and sales reports.

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements-

• Any graduate degree.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 1+ year of relevant telemarketing or tele-sales experience will be considered for the experienced bracket.

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven sales environment.

• Ability to build rapport and handle customer queries professionally.
