Job Description

VARDAN FINTECH is looking for enthusiastic, confident and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller & Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads and converting interested prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Explain company services and offers to customers.
• Generate new leads through calling and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Convince interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Collect basic customer information and maintain records.
• Update daily calling reports and customer remarks.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Confidence in handling customer calls.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
