Job Description

OCFC Global Aviation Academy is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers / Education Counsellors. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our aviation courses, and guiding them towards the right career opportunities in the aviation industry.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students from the leads provided by the academy.
Explain the various aviation courses, training programs, and career opportunities offered by the academy.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Provide accurate information about course details, eligibility, duration, fees, and placement assistance.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Convert prospective leads into student admissions through effective counselling and communication.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
Schedule appointments for interested students to visit the academy or speak with the admissions team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of English and local languages.
Confident and friendly telephone communication.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or educational counselling will be an added advantage.
