Requisites:
· Graduate in any bachelor degree, MBA
· 0-5 years years of experience
· Female candidates are preferred
· Good Communication Skills In Marathi , Hindi ,English
· Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.
· Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects.
· Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
· Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
· Follow up with clients to provide additional information.
· Making calls to potential customers
· Explaining company services and products
· Maintaining daily call records
· Submitting daily progress reports
