Tele Caller Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a Tele caller with minimum 1 year of Experience for our Business Development Team.

Job Summary:

As a Tele caller for Business Development, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed information about our services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Tamil and English, with a solid understanding of business development practices and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for business development.
• Present and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Address client queries and provide solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any field (Bachelor’s Degree).
• 1-1.5 years of experience in tele calling or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
