Job Description

Communicating with clients : Contacting potential and existing clients to inform them about the company's services and products. They also answer questions about the company and product. Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients. Generating sales : Making cold calls to existing or old clients to generate sales. Following up : Following up with clients and building good relationships through regular follow-up. Maintaining records : Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. Handling complaints : Resolving complaints, providing solutions, and following up with customers. Meeting sales quotas : Facilitating companies' sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota. Updating the customer database : Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
